Message	he was under there. Dragged me out there to point and gripe and explain why this was such an ordeal, which didn't help my understanding. Neither did the new female service writer who was playing "interpreter" for him, when she insisted that caster was camber and that she knew the terms were confusing but she'd spent a lot of time figuring it out... So thanks to all for suggestions of other places to go.
